| Disney Pixar CARS opened in Cork with an Exclusive Preview Screening in association with the Cork Racing Team at the Gate cinema. Prize Ticket Winners from the www.corkracing.ie website competition in association with Buena Vista International (Ireland) were treated to pumping pistons, growling engines and excellent family entertainment as Disney Pixar CARS raced through the audiences imagination There was a real sense of occasion as the invitation only audience was greeted by photographers and a hugely complementary warm sunny evening. Cork Racing team drivers Alan Dwyer and Micheal Fitzgerald were in attendance along with the backroom support crew of Dwyer Engineering. Future Cork Racing Team apprentices joined there parents at the screening. The excitement continues when the Cork Racing Team travels north to Kirkistown in Northern Ireland tomorrow night to prepare for race car testing on Friday. The Cork Racing Team competes in Round 7 of the Irish Formula Ford championship on Saturday. Disney Pixar CARS opens nationwide in Irish cinemas on Friday 28th July.
